General Shipping Information

  • We reserve the right to send FREE SHIPPING orders the service of our choice (i.e. US POSTAL, UPS or FedEx).

  • We are proud to ship over 98% of orders the same business day (excluding orders with customization/personalization/alterations) when ordered by 2pm Eastern Time.

  • We make every attempt to ship orders the same business day they are received when your items are in-stock.

  • Sometimes an order may ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer and may require 24-48 hours before shipping.

  • Bulk orders (over 150 pounds) may be shipped via motor freight. Please contact us for availability and details at 866-699-8084.

  • Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order ship time.

  • 2-Day AIR and Next-Day AIR; please remember that UPS and FedEx air services do NOT deliver on the weekend (for example - a Next-Day AIR shipment ordered on a Friday before our shipping cut-off will arrive on Monday).

  • Please note that all sales become final in the State of Florida (our headquarters). Therefore, sales tax is collected only for shipments to Florida.

  • We proudly offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 for all items EXCLUDING the following:

    • Firefighting boots

    • Closeout items

    • Daytona State College uniform items

  • Our free ground shipping offer does not extend to APO/FPO and military addresses.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

FireStoreOnline ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

FireStoreOnline is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Restrictions on Personal Protection Items

While we work hard to provide you with the best self-defense devices and products, certain items may be subject to state and local restrictions on minors and civilian use. If you are a civilian, please check with your local law enforcement agents and/or state attorneys’ offices to verify if you can have these items delivered in your area.

Pepper Spray

Pepper spray is legal in all 50 states. However, the following states may place restrictions on eCommerce orders:

Tasers / Stun Guns

Civilian use of tasers and stun guns is prohibited in the following states and cities.

Damages

FireStoreOnline is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

  • Certain items offered for sale on our site may not be allowed for import to all countries. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that the customer contact their local customs office if there is any doubt about local import regulations. FireStoreOnline is NOT responsible for shipments which are seized or abandoned due to customs intervention.

  • ALL international orders are verified through card services (i.e. Visa, Mastercard or American Express) before they are shipped. We will NOT ship any international order unless we can successfully verify the cardholder's billing information.

  • To expedite shipping of international orders, customers may FAX or EMAIL a copy of their credit card (front and back). Our fax line is 866-699-8084 or email sales@firestoreonline.com

  • We DO NOT ship to NIGERIA or INDONESIA.

  • Wire transfer payment is available as an option to our international customers. Please contact our customer service for additional information.

  • FRAUDULENT ORDERS: Our fraud team is extremely proficient at identifying international fraud. FireStoreOnline works directly with hundreds of international banking establishments to combat international fraud. FireStoreOnline will report your IP address to international law enforcement authorities in order to support the arrest of those criminals who place fraudulent orders with stolen credit card information.

  • International orders will NOT be released for shipment until all credit card information is verified by our fraud prevention team. We strongly recommend that international customers fax us a copy of the front and back of their credit cards to 866-699-8084 in order to expedite shipment.
