Return and Exchange Policy

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

 

ALL returns or exchanges are bound by this legal agreement at the time of checkout. We will NOT alter, modify or amend this agreement as it is legally binding.

 

   ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! Returns sent back to us will be REFUSED unless they have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER on the outside of the package - clearly visible. Request a return authorization number at the bottom of this page using the online form provided.

   Return period: you have thirty (30) days to return items for exchange or credit.

   WE MUST RECEIVE the items back within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Items received after

   the thirty (30) day period will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

   ALL RETURNED items must be in original, NEW, resalable condition.

   ALL RETURNED items must be in original wrappers, boxes or packaging with original tags in place.

   ALL RETURNED items must be free from dirt, visual signs of usage or strong odors (i.e. perfume or cigarette smoke).

   Go to Request Return to get your return authorization number.

   REFUNDS for eligible items will be typically issued within 14 days from receipt and processing of your return.

   Shipping charges are non-refundable.

   Customers are responsible for shipping items back to our facility. We are NOT responsible for lost

   packages. We recommend using delivery confirmation to ensure your return package arrives safely.

   Date of actual physical delivery to our facility will determine eligibility for refund, credit or acceptance of your return.

   Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refunds/credits for return of FREE SHIPPING items.

 

 

 

EXCHANGES

 

   WE will ship your replacement item AT NO CHARGE from our facility to you.

   Limit one exchange per order. Offer EXCLUDES orders using free shipping, coupons or discounts. Offer EXCLUDES closeout or sale merchandise.

   Please allow 3-5 days for our returns department to process your exchange request (after we receive your return).

 

REFUNDS

 

   Items returned for an eligible refund will be automatically issued a STORE CREDIT CODE for the FULL PURCHASE PRICE (minus shipping charges). You may request a REFUND to your credit card. Please note refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

FOOTWEAR RETURNS

 

   Footwear may NOT be returned or exchanged if it has visible signs of usage. We recommend that you carefully try on footwear on a carpeted surface BEFORE placing into service.

   Footwear which has visible signs of wear WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Used footwear will be returned to the customer or refused.

   Footwear boxes must be returned in NEW condition – ready to sell to another customer – FREE FROM MARKINGS, LABELS, POSTAGE or other defacements. Footwear boxes which arrive defaced will be returned to the customer or refused.

 

ITEMS WHICH MAY NOT BE RETURNED

 

   Customized items such as embroidery, hemmed/altered pants, license plates, etc.

   Closeout items – all sales are FINAL on closeout items.

   GIFT CERTIFICATES are non-refundable and have no cash value - store credit only.
