Q: Are you licensed to sell these products?
A: Yes! We are an approved federal government vendor and we supply fire, EMS, and law enforcement agencies around the world. We are licensed to sell self-defense items, regulation apparel and gear, custom badges, and other professional equipment and supplies.
Q: I want dependable products that are made for professionals. Do you have experience in the field?
A: FireStoreOnline was founded by a firefighter/paramedic, and we hire our employees from the law enforcement, EMS, and firefighting communities whenever we can. Our company is made up of professionals with experience in the field, and we utilize our industry-specific knowledge and experience to get our customers the quality gear and supplies they need.
Q: Do you offer custom products?
A: Yes! As part of DutyWear USA, we run an embroidery production facility, a graphic design department, a screen printing production facility, and an alterations department. With our state-of-the-art facilities, we can offer our customers with high-quality custom bags, I.D. tags, apparel, embroidered logos, license plates, accessories, and more.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: All of our orders ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEX, depending on the order. Over 98% of our orders ship on the same business day they are received, if they are ordered before 2 PM EST. Sometimes an order may ship directly from the manufacturer, which may require 24-48 hours before it is shipped.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $100, though firefighting boots, orders from APO/FPO and military addresses, closeout items, and Daytona State College uniform items are excluded from this offer. For more information on our shipping policy, go here.

A: We ship all over the United States, and we also carry out international orders all over the world. However there are some places we don’t ship to, and there are several additional rules and exceptions that apply to certain international orders. View our shipping policy for more information.

A: All of our returns require a return authorization number, and we have a 30 day return period for returns and exchanges. Generally, items should be in new condition and not used, and we can’t return shipping fees. View our return and exchange policy for more information.
