• You choose the hat color.
• You choose the lettering (department name, unit, etc.) up to 3 lines.
• You choose the color of the lettering.
• Your hat will be produced in our FireStoreOnline embroidery facility within 3-5 business days.

** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING TIME**  This is a custom embroidered product and requires an average of 5-7 business days (weekdays, excluding holidays).  Once production is complete, your item will ship the method of your choice.  Choosing NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd DAY AIR or 3 DAY GROUND will not expedite production time.
