Badge Ordering Policy

Fire Store Online is dedicated to thoroughly screening all badge orders before shipping badges.

Please note the following policy regarding law enforcement badges, adopted in accordance with FEDERAL LAW:

  • It may be possible to contact our factory to change your badge set-up within 48 hours of your order.
  • Changes made to badges/name tags are subject to a $10.00 charge.
  • Changes may not be possible if production of your badge has begun (usually 24-48 hours after order).
  • Badge and name tag orders may not be cancelled and are non-refundable.
  • LAW ENFORCEMENT badges require appropriate identification in order to comply with FEDERAL LAW.
  • Fax or email your identification to 866-548-6853 or sales@firestoreonline.com
  • Law Enforcement badge orders will not process/ship until we receive proof of affiliation with a law enforcement agency.
  • Certain Federal law enforcement badges require agency authorization (in writing). Please contact customer service before placing Federal law enforcement badge orders.
  • If you are ordering a badge for collection purposes or for movie/entertainment purposes, please advise us in writing by email or fax and your order will process. Badges which indicate an affiliation with a Federal law enforcement agency are not available for entertainment purposes.
  • Failure to provide credentials will delay your order.
  • Proof of affiliation: (Anyone of the following)
  1. Copy of identification card.
  2. Department letterhead stating affiliation/employment status.
  3. Copy law enforcement certification.

Fire Store Online routinely works with Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies to report the identities of individuals who attempt to obtain law enforcement badges and who do not produce appropriate law enforcement proof of employment or credentials.
