FireStoreOnline is proud to offer the Wellco brand in our footwear line-up.  Wellco is quickly becoming a recognized name in the public safety footwear industry, known for durability, true athletic performance, flexibility and comfort.

Wellco was founded in Waynesville, North Carolina in 1941.  However, the roots of the company go back three generations to the time when the grandfather of Wellco's founders started the family's first shoe factory in Germany during the nineteenth century.

Wellco has developed a proud tradition of quality footwear throughout the decades.  They proudly supply mil-spec footwear to the United States Armed Forces and continue to expand into the Tactical and Public Safety footwear industry.  Wellco is best known for their flexibility and comfort in footwear - unlike any competitors brands.
