RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
 
 
IMPORTANT NOTE:  ALL returns or exchanges are bound by this legal agreement at the time of checkout.  We will not alter or modify this agreement as it is legally binding.
 
 
  • Return period:  you have sixty (60) days to return items for exchange or credit.  NO RA# (return authorization number) is needed.  This is the one of the most flexible return periods in the industry!
  • Returns must be in original, NEW, resaleable condition. 
  • Returns must be in original wrappers, boxes or packaging with original tags in place.
  • Returns must be free from dirt, visual signs of use or strong odors (i.e. smoke, perfume).
  • INCLUDE a note inside your return to let us know why you are returning the item (i.e. exchange, credit, refund, defect, etc.).
  • Refunds will may issued for items returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase.  There is 10% restocking fee assessed on all refunds.
  • FULL store credit will be issued (via email) for returned items up to a maximum of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.  There is NO restocking fee assessed.
  • Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping to our facility.  We are not responsible for lost packages.  We recommend using delivery confirmation to ensure your return package arrives safely.
  • Date of actual physical delivery will determine return, exchange and refund eligibility.
  • Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refunds/credits for return of FREE SHIPPING items.
 
 
EXCHANGES
 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges.  We will contact you for payment authorization.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of exchanges.
  • FREE SHIPPING applies to the initial puchase only and may not be applied to exchanges.
 
ITEMS WHICH MAY NOT BE RETURNED:
 
  • Customized items such as embroidery, hemmed/altered pants, license plates, etc.
  • Closeout items - all sales are FINAL on closeout items.
 
FOOTWEAR RETURNS:
 
  • Footwear may not be returned or exchanged if it has visible signs of use.  We recommend that you try on footwear on a carpeted surface before placing into service.
  • Footwear which has visible signs of wear will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Footwear boxes must be returned in NEW condition - ready to sell to another customer - free from markings, postage labels and other defacements.
