FireStoreOnline was founded in 1998 by a Florida firefighter/paramedic who continues to operate the company today. Our humble beginnings started in an 800 sq. ft. store in Edgewater, Florida. Throughout the years the company has enjoyed growth by listening to our customers and maintaining our small business model of superior customer service.
FireStoreOnline is a family oriented company. Our founder, his wife and mother all work within the company.
FireStoreOnline employs individuals with relevant experience in military, law enforcement, fire, EMS and public service in order to provide the necessary insight to serve our customers.
Our company focuses on the model of providing all services IN-HOUSE in order to maintain quality control and speed of delivery. We boast on-site graphics designers, alterations, hi-def digital embroidery, hi-tech screen printing, vinyl graphics/stickers & direct digital printing.
FireStoreOnline moved into a state-of-the-art 12,000 sq. ft. facility in November 2008 which combined all of our services under one roof. Our new facility is located on Florida's east coast in New Smyrna Beach (near Daytona Beach). Our warehouse and shipping facility serves thousands of customers each month with same-day shipping on over 95% of orders (received by 1:00pm).
